Kotaku’s reporting that Resident Evil 5’s release date’s been moved forward a week in Japan. The game will now come out on March 5, apparently “due to shortened development time.”
The title’s western release is unchanged at March 13.

This post on the US PS Blog confirms a PSP version of Super Stardust is to release next week.
The game will be available on Thursday, December 4th for $9.99 in the US.

Ubisoft’s just confirmed it’s working on Assassin’s Creed 2. If you hadn’t already worked that out for yourself, you may as well give up.
The news came from an earnings call today, in which an exec said that “we are working hard on the product,” but refused to date the game for fiscal 2010.

Famitsu’s latest edition apparently confirms that Sega’s highly popular action-adventure game, Yakuza 3, will release on Japan on February 26.
The game will cost ¥7980 and has fighting and singing in it. What more could you want.
